C-Card Youth Project
HERE TO LISTEN, NOT TO TELL
The Four Clocks Youth Project has an open door policy and this means that if a worker is available, young people can drop in at anytime to access the following services:
- Sexual health advice, C-Card Sign ups and distribution, testing, referrals regarding emergency contraception, GUM clinic and pregnancy test referrals.
- Support and advice regarding drug and alcohol issues.
- Housing information and practical support.
If we are unable to help we can refer young people to the appropriate services.
We provide a confidential service to all young people, including under 16’s. This means that you can tell others about this visit, but we won’t. You can be seen on your own of with a friend for support.
The only reason why we might have to consider passing on confidential information without your permission, would be to protect you or someone else from very serious harm. We would always try to discuss this with you first.
If you have any worries about confidentiality please feel free to ask a staff member.
