Pronounced “broom”, this room is on the ground floor and has a light and airy aspect, originally designed with children in mind, it has a smooth easily washable floor and a sink area and underfloor heating.

This room has been used by several arts and crafts groups and a knitting club as well as for street dancing for young people.

Brougham Place is ideal for meetings up to 20 people, it is easily accessible and has toilets on the ground floor.

Day Cost: £17.50 per hour (8.30am – 5.00pm)

Evening Cost: £20.50 per hour (5.00pm – 8.00pm)
